WELPUT completes letting to The Office Group in Covent Garden

WELPUT, the specialist Central London real estate fund advised by Grafton Advisors and managed by Schroder Real Estate, has announced the letting of 37,687 sq ft of refurbished offices at Orion House in Covent Garden to The Office Group at a rent of £62.50 psf.
