7-8 St Martin’s was purchased off market for £41 million in 2010 on behalf of WELPUT.
Grafton Advisors undertook an initial refurbishment/redevelopment feasibility analysis, prior to selling the building in 2014 for £65 million with the prospect of a change of use to a hotel. This price therefore crystallised a significant development profit, but avoided construction, void and letting risk.
